At university I am amongst the students who score good grades, I have worked as data anlayst at TATA Motors and also I was co-lead at O&M team CODECHEF which is one of the biggest coding clubs. This experience has taught me how to lead a group of individuals and allowed me to develop time management, communication skills, and designing skills. - Collecting and gathering data from various sources within the HR department, such as employee databases, performance records, time and attendance systems, and employee surveys.
- Performing exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, trends, and correlations within the HR data. This could involve using statistical techniques and data visualization tools to gain insights into employee performance, attrition rates, compensation trends, or recruitment metrics.
